Brian Strelitz (Owner and Pitching Instructor) Drafted 11th by the New York Yankees in 2001, Brian played for 6 years in Major League organizations including the Yankees, Mariners, and Marlins. Brian attended both UCLA and Texas A&M, graduating with a degree in Business Leadership and Development.

Prior to college, Brian was a High School All-American in Temple City, CA, and a Team USA participant in the 1998. Brian is the founder of our Arm Strength Program and is an outstanding pitching coach.

Marc McDonnell (Hitting/Pitching/Catching Instructor) Marc was the owner of "The Allstar Dugout" baseball facility in Mission Viejo and Aliso Viejo for 11 years. Marc played baseball at the University of Hawaii at Hilo. After that he played independent baseball for a short period of time.

Marc teaches both softball and baseball all the way up to the college level. He is our "go-to" instructor for catching lessons.

Pete Zamora (Hitting and Pitching Instructor) Pete was drafted by the LA Dodgers in 1997, and enjoyed a career lasting 9 years as a professional. After three years with the Dodgers organization, he spent time with the Phillies, Mets, Diamondbacks, Yankees, and the Brewers.

Pete was a two-time All-American at UCLA, and is currently coaching in the San Diego Padres minor league system and teaching at Baseball Republic periodically in the off season.

Pete is an outstanding coach, instilling a good work ethic in his players, and takes great pride in their development.

Brett Krill (Hitting Instructor) Drafted by the San Francisco Giants in 2010, Brett played for 4 years with the organization. Was named minor league All Star in 2011. Brett also attended UCLA where he was a three-year Letter. He reached two NCAA Regionals, and first ever Championship Series where he was named team captain.
Born in Southern California, he was All-American at Aliso Niguel High school where his team was All CIF and All League.

Willie Kuhl (Pitching Instructor) After graduating from Mission Viejo High school, Willie pitched four years in division one baseball as a RHP at Cal State Fullerton.

He now coaches for Fullerton City College and instructs Pitching and Hitting lessons here at Baseball Republic.
